All lesson purchases are final. If you cancel or change your lesson within 48 hours of the scheduled time, Rebecca Bogart Piano may charge you the full amount due at our discretion. For any purchase of a product or subscription, you may request a refund within 7 days by contacting us at Info@RebeccaBogartPiano.com. Refunds are granted at our sole discretion and may be subject to processing fees.
Arbitration and Governing Law
Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration shall take place in
